MSU stuns Notre Dame in OT on a touchdown run by Jason Teague.  Notre Dame was shocked because they had gained the momentum in the 4th quarter and thought it was carrying over to OT, but it didn't, and they lost.  MSU then celebrated in front of the student section, then planted the flag.  But they planted the flag on the 30, missing teh 50 yard line by 20 yards.  A new rule was implemented in the Big Ten that next season that states their will be no visiting team flag planting after this caused a fight when the Illini beat the Spartans at MSU.
