Boston College Goes to 4-0
After 3 conference games, Boston College QB
Matt Ryan is finally getting national attention.
Before the game on ESPN's College
Gameday, they featured Matt Ryan and
discussed why he is one of the most
underrated QBs in the nation.

During the first half of the game vs Army, it
was looking like all the national attention was
getting into the heads of the BC players.
They did not finish strong on their drives, and
their defense was easily fooled.

"Our first half of football was as sloppy as
we've played all year, and we need to be a lot
better," Jagodzinski said. "Now, I'm never
going to apologize for a win ... but to get
where we want to be, we can't play football like
that."

But Matt Ryan and BC was able to put up 21
second half points and destroy Army's hopes
of an upset 37 - 17.

"When you put enough points on the board to
get the victory, you have to take some
positives out of it," Ryan said. "I think there's
room for improvement. We have to get better.
We were a little sporadic today, but the
offense got it going."

2 teams ahead of BC in the AP poll lost early
on Saturday; Penn State and South Carolina.
It is likely that BC will be ranked 12th in the AP
and 11th in the USA Today (barring anymore
upsets today).
